Subscription Refunds
14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with LiveSync, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your first subscription payment. This applies to both the Creator Plan ($29/mo) and Pro Plan ($99/mo).
To request a refund, email us at [email protected] with your account email and reason for refund.
Renewals and Subsequent Payments
After the initial 14-day period, subscription renewal payments are non-refundable. You can cancel at any time to prevent future charges — your access continues until the end of the paid period.
Partial Month Refunds
We do not offer prorated or partial refunds for unused portions of a subscription period. If you cancel mid-month, you retain access until your billing period ends.
How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time:
- Log in to LiveSync → Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription
- Or email [email protected] and we'll cancel it for you
Cancellation stops future billing. You retain full access to your account and all your data until the end of your current billing period.
Exceptions and Special Circumstances
Technical Issues
If you experience a significant technical issue that prevents you from using LiveSync and we are unable to resolve it within a reasonable timeframe, we may issue a refund or credit at our discretion, regardless of the 14-day window.
Duplicate Charges
If you were charged more than once due to a billing error, we will refund the duplicate charge immediately upon confirmation.
Fraudulent Charges
If you believe your account was charged fraudulently, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will investigate and refund confirmed fraudulent charges.
Refund Processing
Approved subscription refunds are processed through Polar, our Merchant of Record. Refunds typically appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Refunds are issued in the original currency and amount paid. We are not responsible for currency conversion differences.

Merchant of Record
LiveSync subscriptions are billed by Polar, our Merchant of Record. Refund requests may also be subject to Polar's refund and dispute resolution policies. In the event of a conflict between this policy and Polar's terms, we will work with Polar to resolve the matter in your favor wherever possible. Sales you make to your own audience are processed through Stripe; refunds on those sales are handled by you as the seller.
