Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your access continues until the end of the billing period.
Is there a free trial?
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee instead of a free trial. If LiveSync isn't the right fit, you get a full refund — no questions asked.
Who handles payments?
Your LiveSync subscription is billed through Polar, our Merchant of Record, which handles billing, tax calculation, and invoicing so you don't have to worry about compliance. Sales to your own audience are processed through Stripe and paid out directly to your connected Stripe account.
How does the Partner Program work?
Any LiveSync customer on a paid plan can earn 30% lifetime recurring commission for every creator they refer to LiveSync. The referral cookie lasts 30 days, and payouts are handled monthly via PayPal.
