- Payment data: Billing details — processed and stored by Polar (subscriptions) and Stripe (creator sales), not LiveSync
- Content: Digital products, course materials, images you upload to your store
- Communications: Messages you send to our support team
Information Collected Automatically
- Usage data: Pages visited, features used, clicks, session duration
- Device data: Browser type, operating system, IP address, device identifiers
- Log data: Server logs, error reports, performance data
Information from Your Audience (Creator Contacts)
If you use LiveSync's lead capture or form features, your audience members' contact information (name, email) is stored in your LiveSync contacts on your behalf. You are the data controller for your contacts' data.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the LiveSync platform
- Process subscription payments via Polar
- Send transactional emails (receipts, account notifications, security alerts)
- Provide customer support
- Analyze usage patterns to improve features
- Detect and prevent fraud and abuse

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your data to train AI models. In future product features, aggregated and anonymized audience insights may be shared with brand partners with your explicit opt-in consent. We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Specifically:
- Account data: Retained while your account is active, deleted 30 days after account deletion request
